Upcoming Events:

DOCKTOBER FEST: We are looking forward to our upcoming second annual Docktober Fest on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Mark your calendars for a day of fun for the whole family. We will have wagon rides, a chili cookoff, a cornhole tournament, treats, games, and more! Below are the sign-up sheets for the Chili Cookoff and the Cornhole Tournament.

Gate Code:

Reminder: your personalized gate code is the last 4 digits of the cell phone number we have on file. Now that the Dockhouse has closed for the season the gate will remain closed even during office hours.

Fall Hours:

As the lake traffic begins to wind down, we will be adjusting our gas pump hours to better align with the current demand. Starting immediately, our new gas pump hours will be:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7 days a week

Policy Reminders:

NO swimming from docks: Please make sure that all members and guests adhere to these rules so that we can keep everyone safe. Anyone caught violating these rules will be asked to leave without a refund, with no exceptions.

Alcohol Policy: Open alcohol purchased off-site is not allowed on marina common grounds, including during concerts and events hosted by the marina. Members are permitted to consume their own alcohol purchased offsite on their boats or RV sites. Any open container on the marina common grounds must be purchased from the Dock House or our Beer Garden service during concerts. This policy is in place due to insurance requirements and the terms of our alcohol license.

Parking Policy:

No Parking on Grass: Please ensure that all vehicles are parked on designated paved or gravel areas. Parking on grass is prohibited to maintain the quality and appearance of our grounds.

Trailer Parking: We do not permit long-term trailer storage in the parking lot. If you have a trailer currently parked there, please remove it or contact the office to arrange trailer storage for your account.

We’ve observed several trailers in the storage areas without stickers. To easily identify ownership, we ask that our members send us a photo of their trailers. We will keep a record of these photos in your profiles. Alternatively, members can call the office to provide the relevant information, and our team will locate and photograph the trailer for our records.

RV Park: Trailers and Jet Skis are not permitted to be parked in RV sites. These must be parked in the designated parking lot.

Dock Storage Policy: We have noticed that there are still several items being stored on the walkways and at the docks. Please cooperate by removing these items or relocating them to your boats. If you need storage for personal items, we can provide a Dock Box for your slip. For pricing and more information, please call the office.
