Winterization and Other Services

We’re still offering winterizations along with a variety of maintenance services, including:

Outstanding Invoices

For those who have had service work done recently, please note that all outstanding invoices have been sent via email. We kindly ask that you review your invoice and make payment as soon as possible. Payments can be made by:

-Logging into your account

-Calling our office for assistance

-Mailing a check to:

Support for Ernie: GoFundMe Update

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you for all of the support poured into the GoFundMe for Ernie. Thanks to the generosity of our community we were able to raise right at $17,000 and we presented him with the funds. He asked that we share his sincere gratitude to everyone who donated, called, and sent prayers. He is doing well and is in good spirits. We will leave the link open to the GoFundMe if anyone feels called to share.

Gate Code Reminder

For easy access, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). If you’re unsure, you can log in online to check or call the office for assistance.

Winter Hours

Just a reminder:

• Winter Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday

• Closed: Sundays and Mondays

• Holiday Closure: The office will also be closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, for Thanksgiving.

Marina Updates

Two of our three ramps are fully operational for pulling boats, and dock repairs are nearly complete. We sincerely apologize for the delay while we wait for our electrician to finish the final touches.

Additionally, don’t forget—we have gas available!
