Here’s the latest news and updates from Cove Ridge!

Caution: Icy Conditions at the Marina

The marina parking lot and docks are currently icy and unsafe for walking or driving. For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you avoid these areas until the ice melts. We’re working to create a safe pathway for vehicles to access the office, but in the meantime, please use extra caution if you need to visit. Your safety is our priority—thank you for your understanding!

Winter Hours

Our current hours:

• Winter Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday

• Closed: Sundays and Mondays

2025 Renewals/Changes to Slip Assignments

Please use the link below to submit any requests for move-outs or updates to your current membership.

We are offering discounted rates for payments made via cash, check, or ACH. To ensure the discount is applied, please notify the office in advance if you plan to use one of these payment methods.

You can make your payment using any of the following options:

-In person: Pay with cash or check at the marina.

-Online: Use a credit card or ACH at coveridgemarina.com.

-By mail: Send a check to: Cove Ridge Marina P.O. Box 120 Butler, TN 37640

Winterization and Other Services

We’re still offering winterizations and additional maintenance services, including:

• Oil changes

• Lower unit service

• Pressure washing

These are the only services we currently offer. We do not perform repair work or installations.

⚠️ Important Reminder: If you have not yet winterized your boat or RV, please be aware there is a possibility that freezing temperatures may have already caused damage.

Gate Code Reminder

Remember, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). Need help? Log in online or call the office for assistance.

RV Spaces and Slips Available

We have RV spaces ready and available, as well as a few boat slips. If you or someone you know could use a spot, reach out to the office by phone or email for more information

Proof of Residency and Photo ID

We are implementing updates to ensure compliance with our policy that prohibits using the marina as a primary residence. Effective immediately, all campground members are required to provide proof of residency. (e.g., a utility bill, lease agreement, or another official document showing your address)

In addition, we ask that all members upload a photo ID to their customer profile. This can be done through the "Add Photo" tab on your account, under edit profile.

Instructions for Updating Your Profile:

Log in to your customer profile at coveridgemarina.com Go to the "Add Photo" tab under edit profile. Upload your photo ID

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re exploring the idea of hosting weddings and events at Cove Ridge Marina! Our property offers breathtaking views, several short-term rental options, and a charming indoor barn structure that we’d love to transform into a premier event venue.
