Here’s the latest news and updates from Cove Ridge!

2025 Renewals/Changes to Slip Assignments

This is a final reminder that if you do not plan to renew your membership, you must notify us by the end of the day today. As outlined in Section 9 of your contract, we require at least 30 days' notice. Without notification, your membership will automatically renew per the contract terms.

For 2025 invoices: We are offering discounted rates for payments made via cash, check, or ACH. To ensure the discount is applied, please notify the office in advance if you plan to use one of these payment methods.

All 2025 bills will be due by March 1.

You can make your payment using any of the following options:

  • In-person: Pay with cash or check at the marina.

  • Online: Use a credit card or ACH at coveridgemarina.com.

New Certified Mechanic Services

We’re excited to announce that we are now offering additional services through a certified mechanic who will visit our location once a month. This service is ready to go, and we’re currently scheduling for the next visit!

Here’s How It Works:

  • Scheduling: All work must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

  • Costs: Service costs will vary based on the work requested. After submitting your request, you’ll receive an estimate for approval before the work is scheduled.

  • Updated Form: Use our updated service request form for both regular services and the new mechanic offerings. You can access the form here:

We’re thrilled to bring this convenient new option to our members and encourage you to submit your requests as soon as possible to secure a spot on the schedule.

Gate Code Reminder:

Remember, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). Need help? Log in online or call the office for assistance.

Proof of Residency and Photo ID:

We are implementing updates to ensure compliance with our policy that prohibits using the marina as a primary residence. Effective immediately, all campground members are required to provide proof of residency (e.g., a utility bill, lease agreement, or another official document showing your address).

In addition, we ask that all members upload a photo ID to their customer profile. This can be done through the "Add Photo" tab on your account under "Edit Profile."

Instructions for Updating Your Profile:

  1. Log in to your customer profile at coveridgemarina.com.

  2. Go to the "Add Photo" tab under "Edit Profile."

  3. Upload your photo ID.
