2025 Invoices
All 2025 bills will be due by March 1.
We are offering discounted rates for payments made via cash, check, or ACH. To ensure the discount is applied, please notify the office in advance if you plan to use one of these payment methods.
You can make your payment using any of the following options:
In-person: Pay with cash or check at the marina.
Online: Use a credit card or ACH at coveridgemarina.com.
By mail: Send a check to: Cove Ridge Marina P.O. Box 120 Butler, TN 37640
Dock Update: Repairs Completed!
Good news! Wayne and Connor have successfully repaired the dock, and it is now safe to use again.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we addressed the damage caused by the high winds. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
Certified Mechanic Services – Update
Thank you to everyone who has already submitted requests! We’ve received a few and are currently working with the mechanic to coordinate scheduling and diagnostics. We’ll be in touch soon with more details.
If you haven’t submitted a request yet, there’s still time! Our certified mechanic will be visiting once a month, and all work must be scheduled in advance.
How It Works:
🔧 Scheduling: All work must be booked ahead of time.
💰 Costs: Estimates will be provided for approval before scheduling.
📋 Updated Form: Use our service request form below for all mechanic services.

Remember, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). Need help? Log in online or call the office for assistance.
Reminder: Proof of Residency & Photo ID Update
Thank you to those who have already submitted their documents! As part of our ongoing compliance updates, we are continuing to ensure that the marina is not being used as a primary residence. If you haven’t yet provided proof of residency, please do so as soon as possible. Accepted documents include a utility bill, lease agreement, or another official document showing your address.
Additionally, all members must upload a photo ID to their customer profile. This can be done easily through your account.
How to Update Your Profile:
1️⃣ Log in at coveridgemarina.com
2️⃣ Go to "Edit Profile" and select the "Add Photo" tab
3️⃣ Upload your photo ID

Reminder: Non-Renewing Members – Property Removal Deadline
If you are not renewing your membership for the upcoming season, please remember that all personal property must be removed from the marina no later than February 28, 2025.
This includes boats, trailers, and any other belongings stored on-site. Please make the necessary arrangements ahead of time to avoid any issues.

Community Corner
A member lost his 2005 yellow Hobie Mirage 2-person pedal kayak during Helene. If anyone has seen or sees it, please reach out to the office.
Another member has a brand-new, 70X80 hard/soft Camper King mattress available. If interested, call the office.
