Dockhouse Reopening Memorial Day Weekend

We’re excited to kick off the season with the reopening of the Dockhouse this Memorial Day Weekend! Join us for food, fun, and lake views on Saturday, May 24th from 11 AM to 7 PM and Sunday, May 25th from 11 AM to 4 PM.

While we’ll miss seeing Tricia and Nathan behind the counter this year, we’re looking forward to serving up a tasty menu and welcoming everyone back to one of our favorite spots at the marina. Come hungry, we can’t wait to see you!

We’re also looking for a cook to join our team this season. If you know someone who loves to be in the kitchen and enjoys a fun, lakeside atmosphere, we’d love to hear from them. Anyone interested in the position can stop by or call 423-768-3760 for more information.

Summer Concert Series is Back!

Get ready for a season of live music, fun, and good company—our Summer Concert Series returns every Saturday from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend! We’re also adding two karaoke nights, so be ready to sing your hearts out!

We’re kicking things off this Saturday 7-10 with Gypsy Moon Coalition. The full lineup is posted below so you can plan your weekends and make the most of the summer.

There’s no fee for members to attend, and non-members are welcome with a food or drink purchase. Just a quick reminder, no outside drinks are allowed. Bring your chairs, bring your friends, and come enjoy the music lakeside!

New Restroom Trailers Have Arrived!

We’re excited to announce the arrival of two brand-new restroom trailers at the marina! The smaller trailer is reserved exclusively for our safari tent guests, while the larger trailer will be available for all members and guests to use.

Both units have just been delivered, and we’re working quickly to get them fully operational. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to enjoy these new amenities soon!

Outstanding Invoices – Important Reminder

If you have any outstanding balances on your account, please make your payment as soon as possible to avoid any late fees or further charges.

You can make your payment using any of the following options:

• In person: Cash or check at the marina office.

• Online: Credit card or ACH at coveridgemarina.com.

Boat Services

We’re up and running with basic services, and Wayne is here to help! If your boat needs a dewinterization, oil change, battery service, lower unit maintenance, or a good cleaning, go ahead and fill out the service request form below and we’ll get you on the schedule as soon as possible.

For those who have submitted service requests for other services, we’re continuing to coordinate with the certified mechanic. While we’re still finalizing a few scheduling details, we’re looking forward to offering expanded services through that partnership soon.

Gate Code Reminder:

Remember, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). Need help? Log in online or call the office for assistance.

Reminder: Proof of Residency & Photo ID Update

Thank you to those who have already submitted their documents! As part of our ongoing compliance updates, we are continuing to ensure that the marina is not being used as a primary residence. If you haven’t yet provided proof of residency, please do so as soon as possible. Accepted documents include a utility bill, lease agreement, or another official document showing your address.

Additionally, all members must upload a photo ID to their customer profile. This can be done easily through your account.

How to Update Your Profile:

1️⃣ Log in at coveridgemarina.com
2️⃣ Go to "Edit Profile" and select the "Add Photo" tab
3️⃣ Upload your photo ID

Improvements at the Marina

We’re excited to share that the installation of fiber internet throughout the marina is now complete! Guests can now enjoy faster, more reliable Wi-Fi during their stay. To connect, simply select the network “Cove Ridge Guest”—no password is required.

In addition to upgraded internet service, we’ve also installed enhanced security cameras across the property and docks. These improvements are part of our continued commitment to providing a safe, comfortable environment for all our members and guests.

Trash Disposal

We provide three dumpsters on-site for your convenience—please feel free to use any of them. All trash must be bagged before disposal. Please do not bring in trash from outside the campground. Oversized items such as furniture, large boxes, metal, and similar materials are not permitted in the dumpsters. Additionally, if the dumpsters are full please do not leave your trash beside or on top of the dumpsters.

Slips and RV Sites Available!

We still have a few slips and RV sites open for the season! If you or someone you know is interested in securing a spot at the marina, now’s a great time to reach out.

Whether you’re looking for a place to dock your boat or set up your camper, we’d love to help you find the perfect spot. Contact the marina office for availability and details!

• A member lost his 2005 yellow Hobie Mirage 2-person pedal kayak during Helene. If anyone has seen or sees it, please reach out to the office.
