Here’s the latest news and updates from Cove Ridge!

Dockhouse

We’ve loved serving everyone this summer and appreciate all the support at the Dockhouse! As we wind down the season, we’ll continue to be open Saturdays from 11 AM–7 PM until we run out of inventory. Please note we’ll be closed on Fridays and Sundays. Come see us while you can, we’d love to serve you one more time before the season ends!

Summer Concert Series

That’s a wrap on another great Summer Concert Series! We’ve had such a fun season of live music, dancing, and lakeside memories, and we’re so thankful to everyone who came out to enjoy the shows.

There will be no more concerts until next summer, but we’re already looking forward to bringing back another full lineup of great bands and karaoke nights in 2026. Until then, thank you for making this summer one to remember!

Improvements at the Marina

To connect to the Wi-Fi, select Cove Ridge Guests from the available networks, then agree to the terms on the login screen.

Please note: if you leave the property and return, you may need to forget the network and reconnect by selecting Cove Ridge Guests and agreeing to the terms again.

Trash Disposal

We provide three dumpsters on-site for your convenience—please feel free to use any of them. All trash must be bagged before disposal. Please do not bring in trash from outside the campground. Oversized items such as furniture, large boxes, metal, and similar materials are not permitted in the dumpsters. Additionally, if the dumpsters are full please do not leave your trash beside or on top of the dumpsters.

Slips and RV Sites Available!

Special Offer on Slips & RV Sites
We’re offering discounted rates for the remainder of the season on both slips and RV sites! It’s the perfect time to settle in at the marina and enjoy the rest of the summer.

As a thank-you to our members, we’re also adding a $100 credit toward next year’s rent for any member who is named as the referring party on a new rental.

If you or someone you know is interested, contact the marina office for availability and details.

Additionally, some of our members have boats or campers listed for sale. Listings can be viewed online HERE and include seller contact information.

Policy Reminder

Please remember that pets are welcome at the Marina; however, they must be kept on a leash at all times when they are outside and toileted in a designated area. Patrons shall clean up after their pet and dispose of pet waste properly (bagged and in the dumpster). All immunization records must be kept up to date. Any pet deemed by the Marina to be a nuisance may be banned. Help us to keep our marina safe and comfortable for everybody!

Community Corner

• A member lost his 2005 yellow Hobie Mirage 2-person pedal kayak during Helene. If anyone has seen or sees it, please reach out to the office.

• A green Old Town kayak has gone missing. If anyone has seen or sees it, please reach out to the office.
