Cove Ridge Marina and Resort Member Update

Here’s the latest news and updates from Cove Ridge!

Winter Hours

Reminder: our hours are now Wednesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Parking Lot Reseal & Striping

As we plan ahead for spring, we’re looking into having the parking lot resealed and restriped. Before we reach out to outside companies, we’d love to start right here at home.

If you or someone you know offers this type of work, please let us know! We always prefer to support our members and local businesses whenever we can.

Lock In This Year’s Rates by January 31

We want to give all of our customers the chance to take advantage of this year’s rates before our small annual adjustment goes into effect. If you’d like to lock in the current pricing for your site or slip, simply make your payment by January 31.

Beginning February 1, rates will reflect a modest 2% increase for the new season.

You can expect invoices to be sent out the first week of December, giving everyone plenty of time to plan ahead.

We’re sharing this early so everyone has the opportunity to secure the lower rate if they wish, we always appreciate you being part of Cove Ridge!

Trash Disposal & Marina Maintenance

We provide three dumpsters on-site for your convenience—please feel free to use any of them. All trash must be bagged before disposal. Please do not bring in trash from outside the campground. Oversized items such as furniture, large boxes, metal, and similar materials are not permitted in the dumpsters. If the dumpsters are full, please do not leave your trash beside or on top of them.

Additionally, we ask all members to help keep the marina looking its best:

  • Keep pads clear: Any items on the grass must be moveable and out of the way when the landscapers are mowing. Areas should also be kept neat and free of clutter.

  • Close dumpster doors: Animals have been getting into the trash, so it’s important that dumpster doors remain closed at all times.

Let’s work together to keep our campground clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone!

Boats For Sale!

We have listed our rental boats for sale. You can see the listings on Facebook as well as our website. Feel free to reach out to the office if you have any questions.

Policy Reminder

  • Please remember that pets are welcome at the Marina; however, they must be kept on a leash at all times when they are outside and toileted in a designated area. Patrons shall clean up after their pet and dispose of pet waste properly (bagged and in the dumpster). All immunization records must be kept up to date. Any pet deemed by the Marina to be a nuisance may be banned. Help us to keep our marina safe and comfortable for everybody!

  • We kindly remind all members to keep their pads clear for the landscapers. Anything placed in the grass must be moveable and out of the way when the mowers are on site. In addition, please ensure your area is kept neat and free of clutter. Your cooperation helps us maintain the marina grounds so they remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Walking paths are for people and golf carts only. Please do not drive vehicles on the paths to help keep everyone safe and preserve the trails.

Thank you all!
