Cove Ridge Marina and Resort Member Update

Here’s the latest news and updates from Cove Ridge!
Winter Hours
Winter & Holiday Office Hours: Our current winter office hours are Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Beginning in January, the office will be open Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please note the office will be closed for the holidays on December 21–25 and December 28–January 1.
Rate Reminder and Upcoming Agreement Updates
This is just a friendly reminder that invoices for the upcoming season are in the process of going out. Most have already been sent, and anyone who hasn’t received theirs yet can expect it very soon.
If you’d like to lock in this year’s rates, payments made by January 31 will secure current pricing. Beginning February 1, rates will reflect a modest 2% annual increase for the new season.
As shared in a previous email, we are also making a few updates to our annual agreements, including insurance requirements. As part of the renewal process, current insurance documentation will be required for all members. Updated agreements will be sent out shortly for your review before renewal, along with details on what documentation is needed.
We appreciate everyone’s continued support and being part of the Cove Ridge community — thank you for planning ahead with us.

A friendly reminder that the best way to reach us for any Cove Ridge–related questions or concerns is by calling the office at 423-768-3760 or sending an email. We’re happy to help during regular business hours! Please reserve after-hours contact for true emergencies only, this helps us serve everyone more efficiently. Thank you!
Gate Code Reminder:
Remember, your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols).
Need help? Log in online or call the office for assistance.
Temporary RV Gate Closure
Due to the recent cold temperatures, the pavement at the RV gate has begun to swell, causing the gate to stick. To prevent damage to the gate and equipment, the RV gate will remain closed for the time being.
All members should please use the Main Gate until further notice. We’ll reopen the RV gate as soon as conditions improve and it’s operating properly again.
Thank you for your patience and understanding — we appreciate everyone’s help in keeping things running smoothly.
Storage Units Coming Soon
Trash Disposal & Marina Maintenance
We provide three dumpsters on-site for your convenience—please feel free to use any of them. All trash must be bagged before disposal. Please do not bring in trash from outside the campground. Oversized items such as furniture, large boxes, metal, and similar materials are not permitted in the dumpsters. If the dumpsters are full, please do not leave your trash beside or on top of them.
Additionally, we ask all members to help keep the marina looking its best:
Keep pads clear: Any items on the grass must be moveable and out of the way when the landscapers are mowing. Areas should also be kept neat and free of clutter.
Close dumpster doors: Animals have been getting into the trash, so it’s important that dumpster doors remain closed at all times.
Let’s work together to keep our campground clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone!
Boats For Sale!
We have listed our rental boats for sale. You can see the listings on Facebook as well as our website. Feel free to reach out to the office if you have any questions.
Policy Reminder
Please remember that pets are welcome at the Marina; however, they must be kept on a leash at all times when they are outside and toileted in a designated area. Patrons shall clean up after their pet and dispose of pet waste properly (bagged and in the dumpster). All immunization records must be kept up to date. Any pet deemed by the Marina to be a nuisance may be banned. Help us to keep our marina safe and comfortable for everybody!
We kindly remind all members to keep their pads clear for the landscapers. Anything placed in the grass must be moveable and out of the way when the mowers are on site. In addition, please ensure your area is kept neat and free of clutter. Your cooperation helps us maintain the marina grounds so they remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Walking paths are for people and golf carts only. Please do not drive vehicles on the paths to help keep everyone safe and preserve the trails.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
We want to take a moment to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Thank you for being part of the Cove Ridge Marina community — we truly appreciate each of you and look forward to another great season together.
Thank you all!
