2026 Agreements, Insurance & Payments Reminder

As we move into the season, we just wanted to send a quick reminder regarding 2026 agreements, insurance documentation, and payments.

If you have not yet signed your agreement, please take a moment to do so as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the agreement or run into any issues completing it, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

We also want to remind everyone that updated insurance documentation is required under the new agreement terms. If you have not yet submitted proof of insurance, please send it to [email protected]. Documents can be sent directly by you or by your insurance agent. If you have any questions about the coverage requirements, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to walk through it with you.

Additionally, annual payments were due February 28. If your payment is still outstanding, please contact the office as soon as possible so we can help get everything squared away.

As always, we appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we work to keep everything running smoothly for the upcoming season.

Gate Access Update

We recently sent out an email about an upgrade to our front gate system that includes a license plate reader to help make entering the marina quicker and more convenient.

Once your vehicle is added to the system, the gate will automatically open when it recognizes your plate, no code entry required. Adding your plate is completely optional, and existing gate codes will continue to work exactly as they do now, so nothing will change if you prefer to continue using your code.

If you would like to add a vehicle to the system, please email us at:

We are also adding a doorbell feature at the gate, so if you ever have trouble getting in, you’ll be able to press the button to call for assistance.

Gate Code Reminder:
Your gate code is the last four digits of the cell phone number on your account (no symbols). If you need help accessing the gate or confirming the number on your account, you can log in online or call the office.

RV Gate Update

For the foreseeable future, the RV gate will be used for move-ins and move-outs only.

For regular access to the property, please continue using the Main Gate.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep things running smoothly around the marina.

Trash Disposal & Marina Maintenance

We provide three dumpsters on-site for your convenience. Please keep the following in mind:

  • All trash must be bagged before disposal

  • Please do not bring trash from outside the campground

  • Oversized items (furniture, large boxes, metal, etc.) are not permitted

  • If dumpsters are full, please do not leave trash beside or on top of them

We also ask for your help with the following:

  • Keep pads clear: Items placed on the grass must be moveable and out of the way when landscapers are mowing

  • Close dumpster doors: Animals have been getting into the trash, so please be sure doors are closed at all times

Let’s work together to keep the marina clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone!

First Annual Bluegrass Festival 🎸

Our First Annual Cove Ridge Spring Bluegrass Festival is coming up Saturday, April 25, and we’re excited to see everything coming together.

The festival will feature southern bluegrass music, local food, and vendors, all set against the backdrop of beautiful Watauga Lake. This first-year festival is being organized as a benefit event supporting local businesses and communities impacted by Hurricane Helene.

🎶 Our band lineup has now been announced (see the flyer below!).

We also still have a couple vendor spaces available, so if you or someone you know may be interested in participating, please reach out.

We’re looking forward to a great day of music, community, and supporting our neighbors. Mark your calendars!

2026 Summer Concert Series 🎶

We’re excited to announce the lineup for our 2026 Summer Concert Series at Cove Ridge Marina! Starting in late May, we’ll be hosting live music on Saturday evenings throughout the summer, featuring a mix of local and regional artists.

It’s a great opportunity to relax by the lake, enjoy dinner, and spend time with friends and neighbors while listening to some great music.

🎶 Concerts are free for Cove Ridge members.
Non-members are welcome with a purchase from the restaurant or bar during the event.

📅 The full lineup for the season is included below.

We’re looking forward to another fun summer of live music, great food, and good company at the marina!

Our rental boats are now listed for sale. Listings can be found on Facebook and on our website.

  • Pads & Landscaping: Please keep pads clear for landscapers. Items on the grass must be moveable, and areas should be kept neat and free of clutter.
