Landon Camper and the Pop-Up’s
🕖 Live at The Stage | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Kicking off the weekend is one of East Tennessee’s rising bluegrass bands! Fresh off his Open Mic Competition win hosted by Appalachian Artists Live at The Sports Mill Kingsport, Landon Camper & The Pop-Ups will bring an evening of authentic Appalachian bluegrass, incredible musicianship, and high-energy entertainment to The Stage.

Keep the celebration going on Independence Day with Gray Stone as they perform your favorite classic rock, southern rock, country, and timeless hits while you enjoy an evening on the lake.

2026 Summer Concert Series 🎶

We’re excited to announce the lineup for our 2026 Summer Concert Series at Cove Ridge Marina! Starting in late May, we’ll be hosting live music on Saturday evenings throughout the summer, featuring a mix of local and regional artists.

It’s a great opportunity to relax by the lake, enjoy dinner, and spend time with friends and neighbors while listening to some great music.

🎶 Concerts are free for Cove Ridge members.
Non-members are welcome with a purchase from the restaurant or bar during the event.

We’re looking forward to another fun summer of live music, great food, and good company at the marina!

Policy Reminders

• Quiet Hours: We want everyone to have a great time while enjoying Cove Ridge Marina. To help ensure all guests and members can relax and enjoy their stay, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior during quiet hours may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership or removal from the property.

• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and toileted in designated areas. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly (bagged and in the dumpster). Immunizations must be kept up to date. Any pet deemed a nuisance may be banned.

• Pads & Landscaping: Please keep pads clear for landscapers. Items on the grass must be moveable, and areas should be kept neat and free of clutter.

• Walking Paths: Walking paths are for people and golf carts only. Please do not drive vehicles on the paths to help keep everyone safe.
