Upcoming Events:

TWO CONCERTS!

Mike Preslar: Join us from 6PM - 9PM on Saturday, July 27th for the next concert in our Summer Concert Series as local artist Mike Preslar takes the stage.

The A-Team: Enjoy an acoustic set from the A-Team on Sunday, July 28th from 4PM-6PM.

Marina Improvements:

Gate Repairs: We’ve received reports that the new gate codes we sent out are not working. After testing, we believe the issue is due to the number of digits in the new codes. Effective immediately, please use only the last 4 digits of your cell phone number for gate access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dock House Restaurant:

Visit anytime during the following hours:

• Friday: 12 PM - 8 PM

• Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM

• Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM

Policy Reminders:

NO swimming from docks: Please make sure that all members and guests adhere to these rules so that we can keep everyone safe. Anyone caught violating these rules will be asked to leave without a refund, with no exceptions.

Alcohol Policy: Open alcohol purchased off-site is not allowed on marina common grounds, including during concerts and events hosted by the marina. Members are permitted to consume their own alcohol purchased offsite on their boats or RV sites. Any open container on the marina common grounds must be purchased from the Dock House or our Beer Garden service during concerts. This policy is in place due to insurance requirements and the terms of our alcohol license.

Parking Policy:

No Parking on Grass: Please ensure that all vehicles are parked on designated paved or gravel areas. Parking on grass is prohibited to maintain the quality and appearance of our grounds.

Trailer Parking: We do not permit long-term trailer storage in the parking lot. If you have a trailer currently parked there, please remove it or contact the office to arrange trailer storage for your account.

Additionally, we’ve observed several trailers in the storage areas without stickers, including this Sun Tracker Trailer. If your trailer is stored in the lot, please check with the office to obtain your number and stickers to place on your trailer.

RV Park: Trailers and Jet Skis are not permitted to be parked in RV sites. These must be parked in the designated parking lot.

Dock Storage Policy: Please note that storing items on the walkway or dock fingers is not permitted. If you need to store personal items, we can provide a Dock Box for your slip. Alternatively, you can keep items on your boat if you do not wish to use a Dock Box. For pricing and more information, please call the office.
